Erica has been a dedicated member of the GFO team even before the office opened. You’ll quickly find that her upbeat and positive personality is magnetic!

Having worked in the healthcare field for years, she enjoys getting to know her patients and connecting with families on a personal level. She has a natural nurturing attitude, with a gift to calm and ease even the most apprehensive patients during treatment. Erica’s ability to multitask yet still give attention to the smallest details makes her a top orthodontist assistant.

In Erica’s spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors. Her son keeps her very busy with his love for sports, so you’ll often find her cheering him on outside of work.

Erica is eager to meet you and your family to help you have an amazing orthodontic experience!

Yemisi

Lead Scheduling and Administrative Coordinator

We couldn’t be happier that Yemisi joined our team and will be the first smile and face you see when you enter our office.  As our tech-savvy office expert, she is always calm, cool, and collected.  Yemisi actually started her journey at Godley Family Orthodontics as a patient wanting to perfect her smile. At each treatment visit Yemisi had during her orthodontic journey, our team fell in love with her kind-hearted personality and knew she would be a perfect fit for our growing office.  Since Yemisi was first a patient at our office, she can help answer any scheduling needs.  With a bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, Yemisi is also an asset with all our marketing needs.

Yemisi can keep you up to date on all the fashion, make-up and hair trends as she enjoys DIY hacks and sewing her own outfits. In her free-time, Yemisi loves to travel the world and discover new local restaurants. Yemisi is looking forward to helping you schedule your first appointment at our office!

Jaelyn

Financial and Insurance Coordinator

We feel so lucky to have Jaelyn on our team not only because she is the definition of a task-master, but she comes with years of orthodontic experience!  Starting her career in the dental field in 2016, Jaelyn’s impressive dental background has given her a wealth of knowledge not only in orthodontics, but in all aspects of dentistry and dental procedures.  It is hard to give Jaelyn just one job title as she can truly “do it all”  from seeing patients in the clinic, making appliances in the lab, assisting patients with treatment coordination to the behind the scenes of verifying insurance benefits and answering financial requests. 

Gifted with a listening ear, Jaelyn truly empathizes and understands patients’ initial smile concerns during their consultation appointment.  The way she is able to keep the energy positive and her genuine interest in helping others are just a few of the reasons she is loved by so many.  During your office visits not only will you likely see Jaelyn helping around the office wherever she is needed, but you will also likely hear her loud, contagious laugh.

 During Jaelyn’s spare time you will most likely catch her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son.  She loves country music, attending concerts, camping, fishing, and hiking.  She is looking forward to both welcoming you to the practice and helping you achieve your very best smile!

Ava

Ava is one of those people who instantly puts you at ease the moment you meet her. Sweet, friendly, and genuine, she’s always ready to jump in and help. With four years of experience as a restaurant manager, Ava brings excellent organization and attention to detail, as well as a calm, can-do mindset to our team. Bonus points: she’s a true morning person, showing up each day energized, upbeat, and ready to make everyone’s day run more smoothly.

When she’s not at the office, Ava stays active and loves working out—but her real superpower might be her Pokémon knowledge. She’s an avid collector and player and even runs a Pokémon-focused social media page for fun. With Gen Z tech skills and a natural comfort with all things digital, Ava is a go-to for navigating technology and platforms with ease. Dependable, fun, and always thoughtful, she is someone our patients genuinely enjoy seeing each visit.

MJ

Smile Assistant

Lighting up any room she walks into with her energetic personality, MJ can make anyone’s day brighter and better.  Not only is she fluent in Spanish and can help assist our Spanish-speaking patients, but she also is fluent in Gen-Z and keeps our team up to date decoding the latest teenage terminology.  MJ’s 5 year background as a pre-school teacher not only helps her excel at giving easy and clear step-by-step instructions to our patients, but she also has mastered the art of communicating with kids and those that may need gentle oral hygiene reminders.

MJ grew up in California in a large family as one of five girls, however, her family now calls Zionsville, IN home.  If MJ is not at the gym lifting weights with her boyfriend, Paz, you will probably find this avid reader curled up with a book during her spare time.  MJ is excited to get to know you and your family during your orthodontic journey!

Richard brings years of experience in both dentistry and orthodontics, along with an incredible depth of knowledge and a true passion for helping others. From braces and bonding to aligners, appliances, and everything in between, Richard is our go-to resource for all things orthodontics!

Beyond his clinical expertise, Richard brings a fun, lively energy to the office and is always willing to jump in wherever he is needed. He is a team player who genuinely enjoys teaching, supporting, and helping those around him succeed. We are so grateful for the experience, positivity, and heart Richard brings to our team and to the care of our patients!

Dannille

Dannille brings years of experience in dentistry to our team, and her passion for getting to know and help people shines through in everything she does. She is known for go-getter attitude and ability to make all of our patients feel comfortable and educated as they begin their orthodontic journey.

Dannille is excited to help families understand orthodontic treatment and takes pride in explaining each step to patients feel educated and empowered. Her enthusiasm combined with her experience and genuine care for patients, makes her a wonderful part of our orthodontic team.

Remote Smile Care Coordinators

Our Virtual Care Coordinators (Julie, Jaimie, Debbie, Maren) help support our team and patients. They specialize in the digital monitoring technology and platform we utilize at Godley Family Orthodontics, and help us provide personalized care and support during your orthodontic journey. They have each been praised for their abilities to help patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment, as well as for their responsiveness and ability to help communication between our practice and patients.
